How IranMedOne works

IranMedOne (Medone) is a coordination platform for exploring healthcare providers and treatment packages in Iran. The treating healthcare provider is responsible for diagnosis, treatment decisions, clinical consent and medical care. A listing is information to investigate, not a guarantee of suitability or a treatment outcome.

1. Explore and compare

Browse hospitals, doctors and treatment packages. Compare the named provider, location, description and published price type. Confirm the clinician’s registration and the facility’s current authorisation independently. A directory entry alone does not establish either.

2. Request clarification

Use the contact form for questions about using the platform and the coordination process. Do not put medical records, passport details or payment information in the public contact form. Use the authenticated patient workflow for case documents when a care request has been arranged.

3. Obtain a provider assessment

A price or description on a public page does not establish your eligibility for treatment. Ask the named healthcare provider to review your circumstances and explain the proposed plan, alternatives, risks, required tests and what must be assessed in person.

4. Confirm an itemised offer before paying

Ask for the responsible provider, included and excluded services, currency, price-change conditions, payment recipient, cancellation terms and follow-up arrangements in writing. A fixed price applies only to the scope stated in the offer; an estimate or “from” price is not a final quotation. Travel, accommodation, interpretation and visa assistance are included only when the actual offer expressly includes them.

5. Plan travel and follow-up

Check current official entry requirements before making travel commitments. Visa decisions remain with the relevant authorities. Obtain a written discharge and follow-up plan from the treating provider, including contacts and responsibility for complications after returning home.

Responsibilities and limits

IranMedOne coordinates access to information and service workflows. It does not replace a clinician, guarantee medical results or guarantee a visa. Public information is general guidance. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a website response.
